Simply put? It’s like a “passport” for your firearm.
You have a permit in Poland, everything is legal, the firearm is registered. And now you want to travel with it to, say, the Czech Republic, Germany, or to a competition in Italy. And here’s the problem, because every country has its own regulations.

You handle it through the Police, specifically the same department that deals with your firearms permit.
What you do:
- fill out the EKB application form,
- provide a photo or WPA will use one of those you submitted with your permit application,
- enter the firearm(s) you want included in the pass,
- pay a small fee.
